How can I track my order/shipment?

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

I placed an order and haven't received an email confirmation?

If you don’t see a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. It can take up to 30 minutes to receive an email. If you don’t see it in your inbox or spam folders, please contact support@alphastarlabs.com and we’ll be able to provide it for you.

Do you have a refund and return policy?

All of our products are third-party tested for identity and purity, with certificates of authenticity freely available on all product pages. We go to great lengths to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, at the exact concentration that’s on the label.  Because of this, we typically don’t provide refunds – but feel free to email us if you have any questions or feel that a refund should be provided. We’re happy to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We do provide a 100% delivery guarantee. If a package ever gets lost in transit, damaged, or you receive the wrong items we’ll reship your order free of charge.

Along with our delivery guarantee, we will provide refunds on any unopened products if they’re returned within 30 days of purchase.

How are your products verified?

Our products are tested for identity and purity by MZ Biolabs, a US DEA schedule III licensed facility that’s able to provide highly accurate testing by utilizing HPLC with UV detection combined with mass spectrometry.

In addition, they run calibration curves and use internal spiked standards whenever possible with each sample. They go above and beyond and are able to verify the legitimacy of any and all certificates of authenticity on our website.

Do you offer 3rd party lab reports on your products?

Yes we offer detailed COAs from a third party lab on all of our products.

Can changes in temperature during shipping impact a products integrity or efficacy?

Short term changes in temperature will not impact integrity or efficacy, but once your product is received it’s recommended to store it at room temperature, and away from direct sunlight.

Do your products come with a measuring tool?

All of our liquid solutions come with a graduated glass pipette to help ensure accurate dosing with .1ml increments. If your research requires even greater precision, we also provide a 1ml syringe with graduations every .02ml. We’ll include a 1ml syringe in every order free of charge, and additional syringes can be ordered for $0.49 each.

We don’t provide any scoopers or ways to measure our powders but we do recommend using a milligram scale, as scoopers become inaccurate due to the varying densities of each respective product in powder form. Another option is to simply mix 1 gram of powder into one of our 50ml bottles of PEG 400 to obtain a 20mg/ml solution. Technically, it won’t be exactly 20mg/ml since the powder will displace a small amount of PEG, or the solvent of your choice, but it will be close.

Which solvents do you use for your liquid products?

We use polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the solvent for most of our liquid-based products, but some exceptions apply.

RU-58841 is made for topical research and contains 70% ethanol, 25% propylene glycol, and 5% RU-58841.

Enclomiphene has poor solubility in PEG, propylene glycol, and most other solvents. Because of that, approximately 1.67% (0.5ml) of DMSO is used per bottle to dissolve the enclomiphene fully.

LGD-4033, YK-11, ACP-105, and SR-9009 have good solubility in MCT oil, so for those products, MCT oil is all that’s used.
